Stop by the Stonewall Gallery at Yarmouth History Center this fall to see our latest exhibit, Yarmouth, The Way I See It, featuring new drawings by architect and artist Frank Roberts. With meticulous attention to detail and a deep sense of place, Roberts’ drawings capture the details of Yarmouth’s architecture, landmarks, and streetscapes. Visitors will enjoy taking a virtual walk around the village through these works and will be inspired to take another look at the places that surround them.
The exhibit coincides with the presentation of another walk in Yarmouth: Stroll Haunted Yarmouth. The Stroll is presented annually by the Royal River Community Players, Yarmouth History Center, and the Village Improvement Society and features stories from Yarmouth’s past presented live by local actors in the Baptist Cemetery at the Old Meetinghouse on Hillside Street. This year’s performances are set for the final two weeks in October. Please visit rrcp.me for more information.
Yarmouth, The Way I See It will be on view at the Stonewall Gallery through November 5. The Gallery is located inside the Yarmouth History Center at 118 East Elm Street and is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.
