Tuesday, September 19 at 7:00 pm ~ Historian Joe Hall will visit the Yarmouth History Center on Tuesday, September 19 at 7:00 pm to speak about local Wabanaki history as part of our ongoing Lecture Series. Hall teaches colonial, environmental, and American Indian history at Bates College. His current research examines how Wabanakis and non-Indians shaped the Maine landscape and how the landscape exhibits signs of their changing and sometimes conflicting ambitions.
This lecture is free for members of Yarmouth Historical Society and $5 for all others. The lecture series is sponsored by the Leon and Lisa Gorman Fund.
