The Yarmouth History Center acquires objects through gift, bequests, purchase, exchanges, field collecting or on the recommendation of the Director/Curator. Objects for acquisition can be reviewed at any time during our schedule museum hours however, it is recommended that you call in advance of your visit or make an appointment to insure that our Director/Curator is available during your visit. A Transfer of Title form, confirming a clear title to the artifact and transferring it and all interest in it (copyright, patent, trademark, etc.) to the Yarmouth Historical Society, generally without restriction, will be completed by the donor or vendor at the time of the donation.
