Join us at the History Center this winter for two fun and free special programs for young kids and their families!
- Saturday, February 8, 10:00-11:00am: Celebrate Herbie the Elm Tree!
- Learn about Yarmouth’s most famous tree
- Explore different ways to understand Herbie’s size and age
- Decorate a leaf
- Take home a piece of cake
- Saturday, March 15, 10:00-11:00am: Celebrate Sandy the Mechanical Horse
- Learn about old fashioned toys
- Explore what kids used to do for fun
- Take home a ride token and a piece of cake
Both events are free and open to all and will take place at the Yarmouth History Center, 118 East Elm Street in Yarmouth. Children must be accompanied by adult for the duration of the program. Programs presented by Yarmouth History Center’s Program Committee
